- Charge the power unit fully before first use.
- Always start on the lowest heat setting and increase only if it feels comfortable.
- Do not use while sleeping.
- Check your skin regularly and stop if it feels too hot or looks red or irritated.
- Not for children. Not for anyone who can't feel heat well or can't remove the wrap on their own.
- To clean, wipe the fabric with a damp cloth. Never wash or submerge the wrap or its control unit.

How warm does it get?
There are 3 heat levels: about 118°F, 127°F and 136°F (48 / 53 / 58°C). Always start on the lowest setting, check your skin regularly, and turn it down or take it off if it feels too warm. Every session switches off automatically after 15 minutes.
How long does the battery last?
The 2000 mAh battery charges by USB-C in about 2 hours and gives over 1 hour of use per full charge (around 4–5 sessions). You can use it while it charges. Run time depends on the heat and vibration levels you choose.
Can I use it at my desk?
Yes. It's cordless, so you can wear it while you type, read or watch TV. Please don't use it while sleeping.
How do I clean it?
The wrap isn't washable. Wipe the fabric clean with a damp cloth and let it dry fully before the next use. Never wash or submerge the control unit.

What if it isn't right for me?
You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Email support@vivenlo.com with your order number to start. If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping; for change-of-mind returns, return shipping is paid by the customer. Full details are in our Refund policy.
