Shipping policy

Every Vivenlo order ships with free tracked delivery, no minimum required. Here's what to expect after you check out.

Delivery times

US orders usually arrive in 8–15 business days from the date you order. Orders to other countries usually arrive in 10–18 business days. Delivery to rural addresses or during peak seasons (for example November and December) can take a little longer. Each product page shows an estimated delivery window before you buy.

Where your order ships from

Vivenlo products are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners' warehouses in China. Orders are usually handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days, and the delivery times above already include this processing time. Your tracking number may show international and US carrier updates as the parcel travels.

Shipping options

• Free Tracked Shipping: $0. Tracked delivery on every order.
• Tracked Shipping + Protection: $4.99. Same delivery time, plus protection: if your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we send a free replacement.

Tracking your order

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also check it on our Track your order page. The first tracking update can take 1–2 days to appear after dispatch.

Orders with more than one item

Items in the same order may ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each parcel.

Where we ship

We ship to the US and most other countries. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country; these are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Delayed or missing parcels

If your tracking hasn't updated for 20 business days, or your parcel shows delivered but you can't find it, email us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

Address changes

Need to correct an address? Email support@vivenlo.com right away with your order number. We can update addresses on orders that haven't shipped yet.
