Shipping policy

Every Vivenlo order ships with free standard delivery, no minimum required. Here's what to expect from the moment you check out.

Processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with your tracking number when it ships.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery to rural addresses or during peak seasons can occasionally take a little longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us and we'll investigate straight away.

Shipping options

• Free Standard Shipping — $0. Tracked delivery, 7–12 business days after dispatch.
• Express Insured Shipping — $4.99. Priority handling plus full insurance: if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged in transit, we send a free replacement, no questions asked.

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by your country; these are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track Your Order page. Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address changes

Need to correct an address? Email support@vivenlo.com right away with your order number. We can update addresses on orders that haven't shipped yet.
