Welcome to Vivenlo. This website (vivenlo.com) and the products sold on it are operated by Vivenlo (operated by CloudTMS LLC), a company based in the United States ("Vivenlo", "we", "us" or "our"). By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

1. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when you create an account or check out, and to keep that information up to date. You may not use our products or site for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products and health information

Vivenlo products are designed to provide everyday support and comfort. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Nothing on this site is medical advice. If you have an injury, are recovering from surgery, or have any health concern, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before use. Stop using a product and consult a professional if you experience pain, numbness, swelling or skin irritation.

3. Prices, availability and errors

All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We work hard to describe our products accurately, but we cannot guarantee that colors, images or descriptions are error-free. Compare-at prices reflect the regular price at which an item is or was offered. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, correct pricing or typographical errors, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send a shipping confirmation. Payment is collected at checkout and processed by Shopify Payments and its partner providers; we do not store your card details. By submitting an order you confirm that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 7–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided, except where you have selected Express Insured Shipping, in which case we will replace parcels lost or damaged in transit at no cost. 6. Returns and refunds

You may return unused items in their original condition within 90 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as described in our Refund Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Intellectual property

The Vivenlo name, logo, product names, text, graphics and site design are owned by or licensed to CloudTMS LLC and are protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without our written permission.

8. User content

If you leave a review or send us feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit and publish that content in connection with our business. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or infringes anyone's rights.

9. Third-party links and tools

Our site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools (for example, parcel tracking). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of those third parties.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Our products and site are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. In any event, our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CloudTMS LLC and its officers, employees and partners from any claim or demand arising from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CloudTMS LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always posted on this page, and continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.
