Privacy policy

Last updated: September 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Vivenlo (operated by CloudTMS LLC), based in the United States ("Vivenlo", "we", "us"), collects, uses and shares your personal information when you visit vivenlo.com, make a purchase, or contact us. We keep this plain and short on purpose; if anything is unclear, email support@vivenlo.com.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you place an order or contact us we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), and the details of what you bought. Payment card details are collected directly by our payment processors (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Shop Pay and similar) and never stored by us.

Information collected automatically. When you browse our site we and our service providers collect device information such as your IP address, browser type, time zone, the pages you view, the products you look at, and how you arrived at our site. This is gathered through cookies, pixels and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from our service providers, such as delivery status from carriers or fraud-screening signals from our payment processor.

2. How we use your information

• To process your order, arrange delivery, send order and shipping confirmations, and handle returns.
• To answer your questions and provide customer support.
• To screen orders for fraud and keep our store secure.
• To improve our website, products and marketing, including understanding which pages and products are popular.
• With your consent, or where permitted by law, to send you marketing emails about Vivenlo products and offers. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To comply with legal obligations, such as tax and accounting rules.

3. How we share your information

We share personal information only with parties who help us run the store:
• Shopify, which hosts our store and processes orders. Shopify's own privacy policy is at https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy.
• Payment processors to complete your purchase.
• Fulfillment partners and carriers who pack and deliver your order and need your name, address and phone number to do so. Some of our fulfillment partners are located outside the United States.
• Analytics and advertising partners (for example Google Analytics, Meta and TikTok) who help us measure and improve our marketing.
• Authorities when required by law, subpoena or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information for money. Some sharing with advertising partners may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" under certain US state laws; you can opt out through our Your Privacy Choices page.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the cart and checkout, and optional analytics and marketing cookies to understand traffic and show relevant ads. You can control cookies in your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent checkout from working.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, correct it, delete it, or object to or restrict certain processing. Residents of California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and other US states, as well as residents of the EU, UK and Canada, have specific rights under local law. To exercise any right, email support@vivenlo.com. We will verify your identity and respond within the time required by law. We will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

6. Data retention

We keep order records for as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet tax and legal obligations (generally up to 7 years). Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Analytics data is retained according to our providers' standard settings.

7. Security

Our store runs on Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and all traffic is encrypted with TLS. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

8. Children

Our site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International transfers

We are based in the United States and our service providers may process data in the US and other countries. Where required, we rely on standard contractual clauses or similar safeguards for those transfers.

10. Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Material changes will be announced on this page.
