Enter your order number and email address to see exactly where your parcel is. Your order number starts with # and is in your confirmation email; the tracking number is in your shipping email.
Tracking events usually appear 24–48 hours after dispatch. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 7–12 business days later. If you don't see any movement after 5 business days, or you need help, email support@vivenlo.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.
